Not only do we provide counseling, we also provide Meditation Workshops which are created to help relieve stress, anxiety, or mood correction. These workshops are also useful to find your focus and balance within your daily life. These workshop are designed on an individual basis, as every persons needs are different. These different workshops and counseling sessions are great in assistance to help lift that "weight" off of your shoulders and to reinvigorate and restore your energy and livelihood.
